By downloading or using the Volt & Pine application or website, these Terms & Conditions will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions.

The app itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the exclusive property of Volt & Pine.

Use of the Service

Volt & Pine is committed to ensuring that the Service is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or website, or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear what you are paying for.

User Responsibilities

The Volt & Pine app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure.

We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device. Doing so may:

• Make your device vulnerable to malware or viruses

• Compromise security features

• Cause the app to malfunction or stop working entirely

Volt & Pine will not be responsible for any issues arising from rooted or modified devices.

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may have their own Terms & Conditions. These include but are not limited to:

• Google Play Services

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

Volt & Pine is not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of these third-party services.

Internet & Data Usage

Some features of the app require an active internet connection. This can be via Wi-Fi or a mobile data network. Volt & Pine cannot be held responsible if the app does not function fully due to lack of internet connectivity or exhausted data balance.

If you use the app outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms will apply. You may incur data charges, including roaming charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges.

If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have obtained permission from the bill payer to use the app.

Device Limitations

Volt & Pine cannot take responsibility if the Service becomes unavailable due to device issues such as battery drain or hardware failure. You are responsible for keeping your device charged and functional.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure that the app is accurate and up-to-date, some information is provided by third parties. Volt & Pine accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on information provided through the app or website.

Updates & Termination

We may update the app from time to time. System requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the Service.

Volt & Pine does not guarantee that the app will always be updated to support all device versions. However, you agree to accept updates when offered.

We reserve the right to stop providing the Service at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:

• Your rights to use the Service will end

• You must stop using the app

• You may be required to delete the app from your device
